Come on out to support our JV girls basketball team as they play against Greene in their senior night game! Our seniors will be recognized at half time.
The JV boys basketball team lost 41-36 to Sidney. Levi Russell led the team with 12 points.
The Varsity boys basketball team lost 60-40. Ryan Wright has 19 points, Equan Patterson added 10.

National School Counseling Week recognizes the vital roles school counselors play in the lives of students across the country.
Each year during the first full school week in February, schools, and teachers take time to show appreciation to the counselors who’ve made an impact on the lives of their students.
This week we’d like to take a moment to show our appreciation for all that our counselors do to make the lives of our students at ACS better by their support and care every day. Thank you, Ms. Brownell and Mrs. Nordberg and Ms. Wurtz!
Afton Central School District had its third lockdown drill of the year today which included the canine units from New York State Police. We appreciate the cooperation with all involved law enforcement agencies as we continue to assess our safety protocols.

Afton Elementary students are creating Wampums in Mrs. Sabol's class to learn about the Haudenosaunee local to Afton NY. They are an important part of Native American culture.
They are learning about the Haudenosaunee in social studies too!

The AYSO Cheerleaders joined our Varsity Cheer team to cheer on the varsity boys basketball team in their game against Delaware Academy.
Congrats to Lochlann Nicoll for winning the final IXL Leaderboard Challenge of the semester in Literacy Lab. Lochlann mastered 10 ELA skills! And a big shout out to ELA Section 6-1 who practiced over 35,000 ELA skills this semester!
